Foundation To Fitness

Starts Tuesday June 20th, 2017 – 6:30pm-7:15pm

A workshop to increase flexibility, increase core strength, increase stability, and increase body awareness. All levels of fitness experience are welcomed to this workshop.

$199 Workshop Fee / Space is limited.

Package Includes

  1. 45 minute workshop.
  2. 8 workshops 2 workshops a week for 4 weeks. Every Tuesday and Thursday.
  3. And $29 for walk-ins.
